He’s a husband to an incredible wife, Regina, and a father to two sons, Logan and Noah. Chris Owensby pastors this house as a man who guards and guides his own home. Together, Pastor Chris and First Lady Regina share a vision that reaches far beyond the walls of Way of Life Ministries.

Chris began his Christian walk at the age of 18 and soon after, he accepted the call into the ministry as an evangelist. He’s traveled the nation and even across the world on the ultimate mission, to reach the lost!
While he was preaching a revival in the small town of Grenada, MS in 1987 God was setting him up for more than he knew. He was excited to reap the harvest, and it was during this time that Regina, who later became his wife, was born again.
Chris Owensby is now the Pastor of Way of Life Ministries in Grenada, MS. The ministry was birthed in October 2000 and has since grown to its third location. He, through Way of Life, is continually on the move in order to be able to grow locally and reach globally.
He continues to pursue the heart of God with an evangelistic passion through various avenues including speaking engagements, his weekly television and internet broadcasts Choose Kingdom Life and Way of Life LIVE.
Not limited to this city, this region or even this nation, He is committed to the harvest!
